I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship problems.

 

Difficult life events at times can have a lasting impact in our lives. These events are not limited to war veterans or victims of assault. They can be childhood or adulthood events, such as being subjected to harsh punishments, mistreatment, and/or long term neglect.

When stressed, people respond with anxiety, panic attacks, anger, depression, etc. These forms of responding to stress can become a way of coping, contributing to unhappiness.

​

I know that talk therapy has its limitation when addressing these issues. 

I am trained in Somatic Psychotherapy, which effectively treats emotional wounds, depression, and anxiety by working through a mind and body approach, allowing the autonomic nervous system to release tension and stabilize.

​

I have also integrated different modalities of treatment, such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT, into my practice.

​

Problems with your social network, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, etc. are not life sentences, nor should they be the way in which you live your life.
